Hershey Medical Coronary heart, School of Medicine announce Baron Award winners

Hershey Medical Coronary heart and the School of Medicine launched the winners of the annual Steven and Sharon Baron Administration Award.

Started in 2002 by Steven and Sharon Baron, the award acknowledges Medical Coronary heart employees who’ve demonstrated distinctive expert achievement, cooperation and teamwork.

Staff nominate co-workers, supervisors or school members for his or her award-winning contributions. Earlier recipients and employees are invited to serve on the committee to select the winners.

This 12 months’s winners are:

  • Faculty: Dr. Matthew Silvis is vice chair, scientific operations, Family and Neighborhood Medicine; director, Grownup Main Care; and Professor inside the School of Medicine departments of Family and Neighborhood Medicine and Orthopedics and Rehabilitation.
